All classes are from 3:00PM - 3:45PM EST and will take place via Zoom. The Zoom link for the class will be emailed 2-3 days prior to the workout.

 

Ernestine Shepherd will lead you through a 45-minute workout. She will focus on a different body part during each workout and will always end with abs! All fitness levels and ages are welcome.

Each class is $20 or $75 4-week series class package.

What do I need for the strength training classes with Ernestine Shepherd? 

You will need one light pair of dumbbells (2-5 pounds) for this work out.


How often will Ernestine offer

strength training classes?

Ernestine Shepherd will teach on Saturdays from 3:00-3:45PM EST during this 4-week strength training program. Currently, Ernestine is only on our schedule from March 13 - April 3. We will continue to inform you when she is added to our schedule for more classes and events.

When will I receive the Zoom link for the class?

You will receive the Zoom link for each workout a few days before the workout.

what should I do on the days that I'm not working out with Ernestine?

We offer a strength training program during the week (Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays). There are 2 class offerings: strength training classes with Deniece Griffin at 7AM EST and strength classes with Coach HJ EST. Both instructors come highly rated!
