When will I receive the Zoom link for class?
You will receive the Zoom link in an auto-generated email after you complete registration. You will use the same Zoom link for every class during each month.
What equipment do I need for the strength
You will need one light pair of dumbbells (3-5 pounds) and one heavy pair of dumbbells (5-10 pounds), a resistance band, and a mat. Recommended resistance bands can be purchased at this link:

How many days a week are the strength
The 7AM EST and 7PM EST classes are held during the weekdays on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (3 days a week). We do not offer classes every day of the week because your muscles need time to rest and recuperate between classes.
Do you offer any strength training classes on
We will be offering strength training classes on Saturdays with Ernestine Shepherd, starting on March 13. You can learn more about Ernestine Shepherd's classes and register here: www.blackgirlslift.com/ernestineshepherd.
How are these strength training classes different from the Jumpstart Quad Squad Program?
Black Girls Lift offers the Jumpstart Quad Squad Program twice a year. The Jumpstart Quad Squad Program helps women jumpstart their fitness program and it caters to a beginner/intermediate fitness level. All participants in the Jumpstart Quad Squad Program are assigned an accountability group and together they attend strength training classes and a 1-hour nutrition workshop. As part of the Jumpstart Quad Squad Program, each participant receives a meal plan, grocery store list, and portion size guide. The strength training classes in March and April are more intense than the Jumpstart Quad Squad Program and do not include the accountability group assignments, nutrition workshop, meal plan, grocery store list, or meal plan in the program fee.
