When will I receive the Zoom link for class?

You will receive the Zoom link in an auto-generated email after you complete registration. You will use the same Zoom link for every class during each month.

 

What equipment do I need for the strength

training classes?

You will need one light pair of dumbbells (3-5 pounds) and one heavy pair of dumbbells (5-10 pounds), a resistance band, and a mat. Recommended resistance bands can be purchased at this link:

How many days a week are the strength

training classes?

The 7AM EST and 7PM EST classes are held during the weekdays on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (3 days a week). We do not offer classes every day of the week because your muscles need time to rest and recuperate between classes.

 

Do you offer any strength training classes on

the weekend?

We will be offering strength training classes on Saturdays with Ernestine Shepherd, starting on March 13. You can learn more about Ernestine Shepherd's classes and register here: www.blackgirlslift.com/ernestineshepherd.

 

What should I eat to maximize my results during

this program?
